fbaze Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fbaze online gaming platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" or "Member"). By browsing the fbaze.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary and authoritative document. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, fbaze's interpretation shall be final. Bangladesh's prevailing laws apply to the resolution of any disputes.

1.3 Scope of Services

2.1 Age Eligibility

fbaze services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. fbaze may request documents to verify your age at any time.

Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, fbaze reserves the right to close them and funds held may not be returned.

3.1 Login Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, fbaze may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Photo of national ID or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Address verification document

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Approved payment methods for deposits on fbaze are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods)
• Deposits must be made from a registered payment account only
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited
• The balance will be credited only after a deposit is successfully confirmed

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Account verification must be completed
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain cases, the verification process may cause a delay.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on fbaze are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, any additional conversion charges will be borne by the member.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 adds a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the total balance.

Example: A ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. There are no wagering requirements on the original deposited amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by fbaze
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time until the wagering on the previous one is complete
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
• If an account is closed before wagering is complete, the bonus will be forfeited
• fbaze reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer

5.4 Promotional Offers

fbaze may offer special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions published alongside it. If you have any doubts, contact customer support directly.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on fbaze are operated under fair play policies. Each outcome is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player is given intentional advantage or disadvantage.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Placing a bet will not be possible if the balance is insufficient.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the data stored in the fbaze system will be considered final. fbaze's decision on such matters is final.

7.1 Fraud & Cheating

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbaze platform. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken where applicable:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Identity fraud or providing false information
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party

7.2 Collusion

Secretly coordinating with other players in live games or tournaments to gain an advantage (collusion) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be closed and winnings will be forfeited.

11.1 Closure at the Member's Request

11.2 Closure by fbaze

fbaze may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions

• Age verification failure

• Order from a legal authority

Any valid balance will be returned; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
